The ELITE model CC PRO is the most avanced machine for grinding and manufacturing of circular knifes. With its CNC axes is able to sharp both sides in one setup
Program your own grinding works
With an standard programable CNC we can set and save the programs, suitable for manufacturing and accurate grinding as needed on paper knifes. Is posible to program three separate grinding cycles in one program: roughing with total and partial down feed and carriage speed, finishing modifying the in feed and speed and finally spark out cycle where we can modify the speed and program how many turns we want with no in feed.
In standard version there is a production program, which allows to grind groups of equal knifes easy, fast and with accurate results.

The machine allows to fix knive rotation sense as well as the speed to reach most accurate sharpening results

Linear guides for carriage movement
Precision linear guides for an accutare carriage movement. Very simple.
Ball bearing guides with conitinuous automatic lubrication, this system allows a soft movement free of vibrations, this bearings hold the carriage in way is not possible to move it up or down.
Indexing gear box
For an exact degree selection. Includes a brake to hold on the right position during the whole grinding process.
CNC control display
LESS IS MORE: While most control panels add more and more buttons that make them less intuitive and manageable, as we design our own software and electronics can configurate the panel to what we exactly want on this machine. With only two lateral pushers and a central button with similar using of an iPod®, the menu guides the operator through the steps to be made.
This way is not necessary to spend long time on trainings.
Grinding head guides
The grinding head includes ball bearings to reach maximum rigidity and precision.
Each slilder includes a continuous lubricator to keep this precision.

The grinding motor is driven by a precision ballscrew which a fluid movement and a down feed accuracy up to 0,001 mm.
… and obviously is equipped with its own greaser.
Inox steel grinding head
Important details: it’s seen that after working with time the machines become rusted, doesn’t work correctly and look very bad. We thought about it and found some solutions, one of them: use inox steel.
Cooling equipment
We think the cooling system should be powerfull and at the same time easy to have maintenance. Is possible to fix the tank under the working area, on the backside or wherever the customer wants.
This way improve the accessibility doing maintenance works easy and fast.
