ELITE GBT 850 mono. MACHINE BASIS.
The ELITE model GBT 850 mono is our sides grinder for circular saws with tungsten carbide teeth.
It is equipped with a single wheel and its operation is manual.
Allows precise and fast sharpening of the teeth to leave the saw in its original state after a complete re-tipping of teeth or partial saw repair.
ELITE GBT 850 mono. HOW IT WORKS
Simple and easy to use control panel
The machine includes the LED cabin light as standard.
The control panel allows the selection of sense of direction of the grinding wheel to the left or right.
The grinding wheel motor with a motorized direct spindle system rotates at 9,000 RPM for optimum sharpening quality with minimal stone wear. It is driven by a frequency converter.
Saw diameter
Saw diameter from 100 mm.
For grinding the flanks of scoring discs or portable machines.
Allows the indexing of any type of tooth pitch.
Integrated refrigeration unit
Allows wet sharpening for better surface quality and longer grinding wheel life.
It integrates a 200 liter tank with removable grids for easy cleaning.
Available as an option.
Sharpening the sides of the teeth
Quick access
Clean design and easy access for the revision or repair of the machine.
The electrical panel is located in the lower part and the mechanics in the upper part of the machine, protected by an easy-to-open cover.
Easy maintenance
The electrical cabinet is organized in a clean manner, so the maintenance is easy when you need to do it.
