Extend the life of your sharpening machine with oil cooling

For the most demanding sharpening workshops that want to keep their ELITE sharpener as new as the first day, the use of pure oil as a coolant is essential.

Oil offers clear advantages compared to water + emulsion (water-soluble oil):

  • Your sharpener will remain perfectly lubricated, as new as the first day.
  • Superior lubrication of the tools.
  • And a cooling system which, with proper filtration, does not require oil replacement.

We know that the use of oil also brings challenges: higher viscosity, the need for continuous filtration, and safety against ignition risk. That’s why we have developed an accessory for our sharpening machines that addresses these needs, taking care of both the machine and your peace of mind.

The equipment includes:

  • High-flow, high-pressure pump designed for oil circulation
  • Oil-compatible pumping pipes
  • And most importantly: a fire-extinguishing system without maintenance or annual inspections, equipped with an alarm, inert gas to avoid corrosion of your sharpener in case of activation, and automatic machine shutdown.

Optionally, your sharpener can be equipped with an ELITE filtration system – models FILTRAmaq PRO, SOLO, or UNO – if you have multiple sharpeners connected to a single system.
