ELITE EVG 350. THE CONCEPT.
The ELITE EVG 350 is our fully automatic 2-axis CNC sawmill band saw sharpener that allows complete machining of all common tooth geometries in one cycle. Short path paths ensure fast grinding operation.

Its cabin is completely closed for silent operation. It consists of a very fast door opening system that guarantees quick placement of the band saw.

Easy to use control panel
The control panel with a 10” color touch screen that allows the creation or editing of a program while the machine is working on another program. Among the programmable values are:
- Tooth angle programming. The wheel axis is automatically positioned to the value entered in the program
- Tooth geometry
- Sharpening path
- Sharpening charge
- Sharpening speed
- Tooth pitch
- Tooth advance claw feed rate
- Number of teeth
Easy access
Clean design and easy access for service or repair of the machine.
Easy maintenance
The electrical panel is located at the bottom and the mechanics at the top of the machine, protected by an easy-to-open cover.
The electrical cabinet is organized in a clean manner, so the maintenance is easy when you need to do it.
