ELITE SOLDAmaq HF. THE CONCEPT.
The ELITE SOLDAmaq HF is specially designed for the producer or the grinding shop with high demands of saw blade tips repairing.
Welding system by means of high frequency generator.
Available in two versions:
Basic version
Version with pyrometer for reading the welding temperature and semi-automatic welding system with pneumatic clamp

ELITE SOLDAmaq HF. HOW IT WORKS
Welding:
- Place the saw in the saw holder of the machine
- Place the new Carbide tooth tip in the socket and position the saw on the tooth
- Press the welding foot-pedal until desired
Repeat this process as many times as you want to weld and you will have the saw finished and ready to sharpen
Unwelding:
- Place the saw in the saw holder of the machine
- Support the saw tooth you want to remove against the welding socket housing
Press the welding button. The tooth is heated and with one of your two free hands you can remove it with the help of a rod so as not to burn yourself
