ELITE CU. MACHINE BASIS.

The ELITE CU model is our innovative sharpening and grinding machine for straight knives with sharpening capacity from 1000 mm up to 4090 mm. depending on model versions.

It is an all-terrain machine recommended for most sharpening workshops.

It is automatic, simple, compact and economical that requires little maintenance.

Equipped with a very easy-to-use control panel with a 7” LCD touch screen, with which sharpening and preparation times are as fast as possible.
Up to 20 different sharpening programs can be memorized.

We have been analyzing the working cycle of a workshop to optimize the use of the machine. The result is a control panel with only the needed buttons, like the knives sharpening machines of the past, but inside has a powerful PLC, so that the sharpening cycle is automatic with good quality.

Once the sharpening cycle is finished, if you selected the polishing cycle, this is activated automatically, for maximum sharpening quality and minimum surface roughness of the knife. And the machine automatically reduces the carriage speed for that fine-finishing operation.

ELITE CU. HOW IT WORKS

Fast and easy to use control panel

Program your own sharpening parameters with the super fast colour touch screen panel. The color touch screen has been designed with a fast an easy interface and usability that makes it very easy to program the machine. It allows to create and to save programs, perfect for the sharpening of paper cutting knives or knives manufacturing.

Magnetic chuck

Magnetic chuck 150 mm. width supported by extra rigid feet

LED lamp

LED lamp equipped as standard to correctly see the approximation of the grinding wheel to the blade

Automatic or manual down-feed of grinding wheel

You can move up or down the grinding wheel with the push buttons, or do it with the manual handwheel to get a more precise feedback

Knife degrees easy and fast to adjust by means of a graduated lever from 0º to 90º

Magnetic disc cleaner

Optional available: version with magnetic disc cleaner for automatic removal of magnetizable dirt.
