ELITE SSC 350. THE CONCEPT.
The SSC 350 is our automatic tooth flank grinding machine for sawmill band saws from 40 to 350 mm wide.
Its operation is automatic using 4 CNC axes for complete machining of all common tooth geometries in one cycle. Short path paths ensure fast grinding operation.

Fully enclosed cabin for silent operation with a circular door opening system that allows full access to the machine for quick placement of the band saw.
The clamping system of the band saw through several pneumatic jaws allows total rigidity in the fixation of the band saw with an absence of vibrations.
ELITE SSC 350. HOW IT WORKS
Easy to use control panel
The control panel with a 10” color touch screen that allows the creation or editing of a program while the machine is working on another program. Among the programmable values are:
• Tooth angle programming. The wheel axis is automatically positioned to the value entered in the program • Tooth geometry • Sharpening path • Sharpening charge • Sharpening speed • Tooth pitch • Tooth advance speed • Number of teeth
Variable grinding wheel rotation speed from 2.500 to 5.000 RPM
The rotation speed of the wheel is variable: from 5.000 to 9.000 RPM It includes a frequency converter as a standard feature, so you can adjust the grinding wheel speed to the optimal value needed as well as reduce energy consumption.
Easy access
Clean design and easy access for service or repair of the machine.
Easy maintenance
The electrical panel is located at the bottom and the mechanics at the top of the machine, protected by an easy-to-open cover. 
The electrical cabinet is organized in a clean manner, so the maintenance is easy when you need to do it.
