ELITE 92. MACHINE BASIS.
The ELITE 92 is our most popular universal tools sharpening machine because of its excellent quality/price performance and because it is specifically designed for sharpening tools in the wood sector.
Its working table allows a maximum load of 100 kg, for the most common sharpening or grinding of cutting tools.
The X (traverse) and Y (depth) axis are moved by dovetail steel guides and the Z (vertical) axis movement of the table runs on linear recirculating ball bearings. All three axis are actioned by trapezoidal screws.
Its general operation is very simple and convenient.
ELITE 92. HOW IT WORKS
Working table
Working table with a load capacity of up to 100 kg movement by means of rectified steel guides with comfortable hand wheels for front and longitudinal movements.
Wheel-holder motor
Direct wheel-holder motor with variable speed drive from 3000 to 9000 rpm.
Optional up to 18.000 RPM
Detail of grinding wheel holder with protection for grinding wheels up to ø150 mm. The grinding wheel head can be rotated 360º with respect to its vertical axis and 90º with respect to the horizontal axis.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
Dividing head: For the indexing of the different cutting edges. Useful for strawberries with or without handle, tops for wood. And other tools with regular cutting edges that need to index precisely.
Motorized head: For sharpening or cylindrical grinding, either inside or outside the tool. Such as a circular blade, an extrusion tool panel, or internal grinding.
Tailstock: Necessary when the tools to be clamped (whether with the dividing head or with the motorized head) have a lot of weight, in this way we hold the tool at both ends.
Drill sharpening head: For sharpening drill bits, taps or countersinks.
Device for sharpening lathe tools: For sharpening these tools. NOTE: It is necessary to have the dividing head.
Fixed magnetic chuck: For grinding flat surfaces.
Tri-axial clamp: For sharpening non-standard tools or complex shapes.
Chuck: For placing shank tools in the dividing head or motorized head.
